9to5Mac: iPad mini will resemble a larger iPod touch

9to5Mac says it’s received several tips from a number of sources regarding Apple’s alleged iPad mini. According to the site, the smaller, roughly 8-inch iPad will look like a big iPod touch and will have thinner side bezels than its big brother. The device is also rumored to have separate volume buttons instead of a single rocker switch like the one found on the current iPad.

Other details such as price, availability, and whether the device will come with LTE aren’t so clear.
