Google now selling unlocked Galaxy Nexus for $399
Google is once again getting its hands dirty with smartphone sales. Today, nearly two years after Google stopped offering the Nexus One to customers directly, the search giant revealed that it will hawk Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus from its Google Play store for just $399 without a contract. For their money, customers get an unlocked, GSM HSPA+ version of the device that will work with the AT&T and T-Mobile networks. Sprint and Verizon customers will have to purchase compatible models from their carriers.
